President Commissioner
He was born in Kediri, East Java, in 1951. He graduated from Civil Engineering Faculty, Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Institute - Surabaya. He was assigned as President Commissioner from 2012 to the present; previously, he was the President Director of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia from 2002 to 2011. He was also assigned as Commissioner of PT Adhimix PCI Indonesia from 2018 until 2021 and President Commissioner of PT Adhimix PCI Indonesia in 2022.

He was born in Indramayu – West Java in 1963 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in economics from the University of Indonesia. He was assigned as Commissioner of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia from 2017 to the present. He has also been assigned as the President Commissioner of PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia from 2018 to the present. Previously he was the President Director of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia from 2012 - 2016 and Finance Director from 2002-2011
Efendi Sayoon
Commissioner
He was born in Jakarta in 1954. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia. He has been assigned as Commissioner since 2023. He also manages the Drs Effendi Sayoon, Ak.CA Accounting Services Office, which has been located in Jakarta since 2015.

She was born in Magelang in 1965 and earned a PhD from Bogor Agricultural Institute, Agricultural Economics (IPB). She was assigned as Director PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia from 2017 to present, and as Commissioner for 2012 - 2016. Besides being a Commissioner, she was a lecturer at IPB Business School from 2009 to 2013 (Financial Management and Investment Portfolio subjects) for the Undergraduate Program at PPM Graduate School of Management (PPM School of Management) – Jakarta.
Bambang Bomo Trigoro

He was born in Magelang, Central Java, in 1969 and earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Indonesian Islamic University Yogyakarta (UII). Based on the decision of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), he was assigned as director of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia. Previously, he was assigned as Head of the Miscellaneous Business Division of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2019 - 2022, Head of the Commercial Unit of PT Adhimix Precast Indonesia for 2017 - 2019,
